Walgreens Takes Full Ownership of CareCentrix

Walgreens Boots Alliance takes the remaining 45% of Carecentrix at $392M after first investing in the corporation in October of 2021. Carecentrix is a leading company for manging care to the home. The acquisition allows Walgreens to carry out their healthcare strategy, focused on primary care, post-acute care and home care.
