LG Energy Solution Acquired NEC Energy Solutions

LG Energy Solution(LG ES), a leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer based in South Korea, acquired NEC Energy Solutions from NEC Corporation. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed. Thanks to this acquisition, LG ES gained its entry into the North American energy storage business.
