KT Acquires Singapore-based Epsilon for $145M (2021.09)

Korean telecom giant KT Corp has completed its first overseas M&A transaction by acquiring 100% stake in Epsilon Global Communications from Malaysia’s Kuok Group through partnership with Daishin Private Equity which acted as the financial investor for the deal. While the details of the stakes are undisclosed, Epsilon’s IT platform and solution service network in 41 cities will help KT scale up its global data services.
