Houlihan Lokey acquires Baylor Klein (2021.07)

Global investment bank Houlihan Lokey has acquired a boutique advisory firm, Baylor Klein in order to accelerate the growth of its corporate finance business in Europe. Founded in 2008, Baylor Klein provides M&A and strategic advisory services focused on the Beauty, Personal Care, and Household sectors globally. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
