CJ ENM to Acquire Endeavor Content for $775M USD

CJ ENM is one of South Korea’s largest entertainment corporations which has just entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 80% stake, including management rights, of Endeavor Content. Endeavor Content marks the largest acquisition for CJ ENM up to date and will help CJ ENM expand its presence in the global market as well as expand its content distribution channels.
